   What do I need to qualify for the CVB service?
• 
  To Qualify for the CVB Service you need the following
• 
  Your location has to qualify - Call for a site survey!  530-852-0318 - 916-676-2697 or enter your info online!
  
  You need to be located in an area where we offer service and be close enough to our transmitter to receive a clear signal. Generally, you need to be within four miles of our transmission AP’s and have a clear or nearly clear line of sight. CVB’s installer will make sure that you can receive a signal and have the appropriate signal strength.
  
  A compatible computer with an Ethernet adapter
  
  Computer Operating System Compatibility
  
  You will need a computer with an operating system that supports Ethernet and has the TCP/IP software component installed. Our service is compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7,  Macintosh and any Linux/Unix operating systems that support TCP/IP.

  RAM Memory
• 
  RAM Memory should be 256 MB minimum, but CVB recommends 512MB or more
• 
  Web Browsers
• 
  You can use most web browsers.
